Summary:

Sarnia Sting had a major fallout as a team going into the Finals. Gagne, their 2nd leading scorer decided not to continue the playoffs and quit kiekko all together. Soulja, their leading scorer only made half of the games. All of this resulting in free agents being signed just to finish the finals and LIF being handed the first MKL cup.
